水上樂園造浪池的工作原理介紹

真空泵、管路系統(tǒng)、作動系統(tǒng)、閥門系統(tǒng),控制系統(tǒng)及氣室這些不同的設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)相互協(xié)作構(gòu)成了真空式造浪機。

控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)送一個信號到制動系統(tǒng),制動系統(tǒng)的運轉(zhuǎn)指揮著真空泵改變氣室中的水位??刂崎y的開啟和關(guān)閉是按照系統(tǒng)中預先設(shè)計的波的頻譜來實施的。這一系列的作用結(jié)合起來最終產(chǎn)生了波浪。由真空造浪機制造出來的波浪的高度可以達到兩米以上,這樣的大浪在向周圍的擴散中極其壯觀。這樣的真空造浪機結(jié)構(gòu)復雜實施起來難度大,代價高,這樣就決定了真空造浪機的應(yīng)用范圍限定在了大型沖浪滑板造浪池和試驗用池中。

造浪方式利用多臺真空泵把氣室里的空氣抽干。真空泵通過鋪設(shè)的管道對氣室里的空氣進行往外排,隨著抽取空氣的程度的加深,氣室里的空氣越來越少,相反真空的程度越來越高。這時造浪池中的水就會大量的充入氣室,當氣室里的水達到一定的程度時,通過控制設(shè)備打開氣室的控制閥。這時,外面的空氣就會通過管道重新進入氣室里,氣室里的真空度越來越低。由于重力的作用,水伴隨著巨大的能量從氣室里流出來,這時就會產(chǎn)生所要的人工波浪。有時人工波浪可以達到0.3-3.0米左右,浪形4-8種。但這要由設(shè)備的配置情況和造浪池的大小決定。由于制造波浪所需要的設(shè)備較多,系統(tǒng)較為復雜,同時造浪池要占大量的土地,所需建設(shè)費用也較高。

在具體選擇造浪機的種類時要充分結(jié)合業(yè)主的要求和產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)參數(shù)。在產(chǎn)品技術(shù)參數(shù)一定的情況下,不同的場地,在波浪的樣式、種類、高度等方面有不同的要求。造浪設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)要盡量放置在深水端。在造浪池的水循環(huán)方面,應(yīng)在淺端設(shè)置排水溝,進水方式設(shè)計為池底均勻進水。控制平衡水池的進水和排水間接的控制造浪池中水的平衡。要對造浪池中的水定期性的消毒,保持平衡水池水中游離氯的濃度應(yīng)不低于水池中的數(shù)值。造浪池制浪時,用采取防止池水回流的措施。造浪池的人數(shù)負荷按每人2.5平方米計算,池水循環(huán)周期宜小于9小時。

人工造浪工程是涉及到了力學領(lǐng)域、機械學以及電氣控制系統(tǒng)學等幾門學科。波浪在不停的擴散的過程中需要消耗大量的能量,因此,在設(shè)計的過程中要充分的考慮深水區(qū)與淺水區(qū)的特點和差異。波浪在深水區(qū)的高度大但是面積較小,而在淺水區(qū)剛剛相反。一般來說正常的造浪池的水深要達到1.5~1.8m,池底坡度不能大于8%。同樣的造浪設(shè)備在好的造浪池當中產(chǎn)生的波浪形態(tài)較好,在擴散的過程中相互作用甚至產(chǎn)生一些共振等效果,但在設(shè)計不好的池中沒有這方面的表現(xiàn),因此在設(shè)計的過程當中就要充分考慮造浪池的形狀。
