(1) The manager of the amusement facilities of the water park shall provide sufficient life-saving personnel and life-saving equipment for the water amusement facilities. For the facilities that are wide and difficult to observe on the water surface, a high-level sentry shall also be provided. Lifeguards shall wear uniform and easy to identify, and shall be equipped with corresponding contact equipment, communication equipment and life-saving tools.

（2）水上游樂設(shè)施管理者應在設(shè)備或者設(shè)施的適當部位設(shè)置醒目的游客須知和警示標志。游樂池周圍及池內(nèi)水深變化地點，應設(shè)置醒目的水深標志，游樂設(shè)施在運行中超過預定位置有可能發(fā)生危險時，應有限位控制和極限位置控制裝置，控制裝置應安全可靠。

(2) The manager of water amusement facilities shall set up eye-catching tourist instructions and warning signs at appropriate parts of the equipment or facilities. Eye catching water depth signs shall be set around the amusement pool and at the places where the water depth changes in the pool. When the amusement facilities exceed the predetermined position and may be dangerous during operation, limit control and limit position control devices shall be provided, and the control devices shall be safe and reliable.

（3）水上游樂設(shè)施設(shè)備管理者應當選用符合安全技術(shù)規(guī)范要求的水上娛樂設(shè)備，水上娛樂游樂設(shè)施在投入使用前或者投入使用后30日內(nèi)，影響所在地的市級特種設(shè)備安全監(jiān)督管理部門登記，并應當建立游樂設(shè)施安全技術(shù)檔案。

(3) The manager of water amusement facilities and equipment shall select the water entertainment equipment that meets the requirements of safety technical specifications. Before or within 30 days after the water amusement facilities are put into use, the municipal special equipment safety supervision and administration department affecting the location shall register, and the safety technical archives of amusement facilities shall be established.

（4）水上游樂場設(shè)備必須在每天運行前進行必要的檢查，經(jīng)檢查無問題并試運轉(zhuǎn)后方能正式運營，還應做好運營記錄。

(4) The water amusement park equipment must be inspected before daily operation. It can be officially operated only after there is no problem and test run, and the operation records shall be made.

（5）水上游樂場設(shè)施應每半年進行一次較全面的檢查維護，檢修內(nèi)容及處理結(jié)果應記錄存檔。對于使用的危險化學品應設(shè)專人專庫看管，并設(shè)置相應的警示標識。

（6）大型水上娛樂設(shè)施的作業(yè)人員及其相關(guān)管理人員，應當按照國家有關(guān)規(guī)定經(jīng)特種設(shè)備安全監(jiān)督管理部門考核合格，取得國家統(tǒng)一格式的特種作業(yè)人員證書，方可從事相應的作業(yè)或者管理工作。

(6) The operators of large-scale water entertainment facilities and their relevant management personnel shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, pass the examination by the special equipment safety supervision and administration department and obtain the national unified format special operation personnel certificate before they can engage in the corresponding operation or management work.

（7）當游客人數(shù)達到園區(qū)最高接待人數(shù)時，應關(guān)閉園區(qū)入口，禁止園區(qū)外游客進入園區(qū)，待園內(nèi)游客數(shù)量降低后再開放園區(qū)入口。

(7) When the number of tourists reaches the maximum number of visitors in the park, the entrance of the park shall be closed and tourists outside the park shall be prohibited from entering the park. The entrance of the park shall be opened after the number of tourists in the park is reduced.

（8）當天氣惡劣，水上娛樂設(shè)施發(fā)生故障及停電等緊急情況或有可能發(fā)生上述情況時，使用單位必須采取應急措施和停止運營。

(8) In case of bad weather, failure of water entertainment facilities, power failure and other emergencies, or the above situations may occur, the user unit must take emergency measures and stop operation.
