3、拆除循環(huán)水泵進(jìn)出口相連的管路，做好連接處的相應(yīng)記錄工作。

3. Remove the pipelines connecting the inlet and outlet of the circulating water pump, and make corresponding records at the connections.

4、拆掉電機(jī)機(jī)座連接螺栓并且做好記錄工作。

5、拆掉泵蓋和泵體的連接螺栓。

6、把電機(jī)連同葉輪一起吊出泵體，注意不能損壞葉輪。

6. Lift the motor and impeller out of the pump body, and be careful not to damage the impeller.

7、把葉輪右旋緊螺母擰掉。用拉馬把葉輪緩慢拉出，將傳動(dòng)鍵取下，注意不能損壞葉輪與傳動(dòng)鍵。

7. Unscrew the right tightening nut of the impeller. Use puller to slowly pull out the impeller and take down the drive key. Be careful not to damage the impeller and drive key.

8、用手把泵軸機(jī)械密封緩慢取出，拆掉泵蓋和電機(jī)連接螺栓，把泵蓋和擋水圈輕輕取下。

8. Take out the mechanical seal of pump shaft slowly by hand, remove the connecting bolts of pump cover and motor, and gently remove the pump cover and water retaining ring.

9、對(duì)循環(huán)水泵進(jìn)行清洗檢查并且維修處理。
